Positive: Fenced. Comfortable seating for all family members when in living/lounge areas. Plenty of bench space to do meal prep. Excellent water pressure (shower). Great area for outside relaxing, morning coffee, evening cup of whatever relaxes you. Handy to 4 square and walking distance to local areas. Space to put clothing/bags/suitcase so out of way. Felt like home away from home.
Negative: Though the bathroom is very well kempt, the sink in the bathroom wasn't really suitable anything other than washing hands. It is difficult to shave/brush teeth without getting water everywhere. This is more for owner benefit/to consider - as Though we cleaned up after ourselves - may become problematic in time (for cabinet underneath getting wet and if others are less aware). Dustpan and brush would be helpful for quick tidy up during stay - there was a broom but no dustpan. Otherwise, no problem - thank you, we had a very much needed relaxing holiday. Beds are a bit firm, but that's personal preference.

Positive: Great living room space and outdoor areas Beds very comfy Excellent location
Negative: NO DISHWASHER and had fam round for bbq and so much hand washing to be done Advertised having a coffee machine but only enough coffee grinds for two cups. Had to chase up gas bottle as both were empty

Positive: Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to the centre of Arrowtown. Warm, spacious house with everything we needed.
Negative: BBQ gas bottle was empty and oven door was broken - we did get an apology about this.
